The first step in the appraisal process is developing a clear understanding of our clients valuation needs. Once our clients request is clear, an appropriate solution can be determined. In determining our clients valuation solutions we analyze quantitative and qualitative factors through experience and interviewing market experts in the commercial, agriculture, and residential industries. We use sophisticated technology, public resources, and in-house innovation to analyze data, evaluate social and economic trends, provide market and marketability studies; ultimately allowing us to provide comprehensive and unbiased reports for our clients.

The final step in the valuation process is the preparation and delivery of the appraisal report. The report can be communicated to the client in writing or orally.
